At DoubleDave's Pizzaworks, we understand the health and safety of our employees, guests, and communities are all of our responsibilities. To do our part, we have put standards in place for curbside service, social distancing, and contact-free delivery. Read on to find out more!

Contactless Delivery: How it works

Add contactless delivery to your cart when you order online, or tell your order taker you'd like contact free delivery. Make sure you tell us where to leave your pizza.

Don't forget to add a gratuity for your driver at checkout to ensure an efficient and interaction-free delivery. Your order taker can help with this for phone orders.

Contactless delivery with social distancing, gloves, and face masks

When your driver arrives, they'll call, text, or knock to let you know they're outside. Please help by giving your driver time to step six feet away before opening your door.

Maintain Social distancing while delivering your pizza

Your driver will wait at a safe distance to confirm that you're happy with your order. If there are any problems, let them know so they can call the store to work it out. If you'd like to add a tip after the delivery is complete, tell your driver now. They can ask the manager to add it to your balance upon return to the store.

Curbside Pick-up: Easy as Pie

Add curbside pick-up to your cart when you order online, or tell your order taker you'd like curbside. Each store's policy is slightly different, so be sure to note any instructions. If you'd like to add a gratuity, do so now to ensure an efficient and interaction-free process.

Upon arrival at the store, follow the instructions given to you at checkout. One of our team members will meet you at your car with your order.

More Ways to Keep You Safe

Sanitation

We have stepped up our strict sanitation procedures. Prep surfaces, doors, hot bags, counters, and more are sanitized hourly.

Masks

All employees are required to wear non-medical grade masks while in-store or on deliveries.

Social Distancing

When possible, employees MUST maintain at least 6 feet separation from other individuals.

Hand-Washing

Employees must thoroughly wash hands or change gloves frequently between tasks. Drivers wash hands before and after each delivery.
