Well this one sure did hit close to home. Much of our DoubleDave's family and their communities have been personally affected by Hurricane Harvey. While it's been heartbreaking to witness the aftermath of such a horrific storm, we've been touched by the outpouring of support from first responders, volunteers, and average citizens across the region.
We've been struggling to get all of our stores up and running at 100%, and we're almost there. In the meantime, we have teams at locations across Texas doing what they can to help their communities, including bringing pizzas to displaced and stranded folks in their neighborhoods. It's been a real treat to see the smiles that DoubleDave's boxes bring. In the wake of all the devastation, these smiling faces have helped our franchisees deal with their own personal losses. We want to pass on the positivity, so we'll be sharing some images with you all on our various social media feeds throughout the coming weeks.
