Blair Goodwin

Field Business Consultant
Blair Goodwin

Blair has been slingin' dough for over a decade and has spent time working at every position at DoubleDave’s. He uses all of his knowledge and experience gained over the years to pay it forward to franchisees to further spread the joy of pizza. He will do everything from make dough to deliver a catering order or diagnose a P&L to make every location successful. Blair also does all the training for new franchisees to spread his passion for pizza and prepare new owners for success. So, if you have bought a franchise in the past several years, you have probably spent some quality time with Blair.

I am passionate about our product, a clean kitchen, and fast delivery.

Blair started topping pies in 2004 in Tyler, moving his way up to an assistant manager position while studying Mechanical engineering and Business at The University of Texas at Tyler. In Blair’s words “I was making A’s in accounting but not so much in calculus, so I finished my BBA in Business Management.” His work ethic and experience make him an excellent trainer and leader in the kitchen. He’s not afraid to get out and pound the pavement and spread the word about Peproni Rolls to the masses, and help bring in the dough, pun intended. Blair is passionate about the product, a clean kitchen, and fast delivery. He also loves to try wild new pies and help develop prospective new menu items.
