It's full of antioxidants like vitamin C and manganese, and even has phytonutrients, vitamin K, and omega-3. Cauliflower is the first ingredient and is naturally gluten-free* with no trans-fat.

Cauliflower pizza crusts have up to half the sugar of leading gluten-free pizza crusts and are lower in calories, fat, and sodium. They’re also higher in protein, fiber, and vitamins than most traditional and gluten-free pizza crusts while being naturally nutrient-rich. And they’re seriously delicious!
